Our technical department is composed of highly qualified technical staff, oriented to innovative design.
Design support is provided by state-of-the-art CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS, which enables you to create 3D models in a flexible modelling environment and generate predictive models (finite element calculation) for simulating material behaviour.

The field of pressure container management is regulated by numerous laws which are constantly updated.
Each context refers to specific regulations: for medical gases, for transportation, for food specific containers, fire extinguishing elements, and so on.
 
Thanks to our long experience gained over many years of work, study, research and development we have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the laws governing these areas. We also have an extensive regulatory library at our disposal and maintain systematic relations with Italian and European certification bodies that allow us to compare ourselves systematically and, thus, keep ourselves up to date.

We are, therefore, not only a supplier of goods and services, but also, and above all, a trustworthy technical consultant who is always accessible to our customers.

At the customer's request, we carry out special leak tests on cylinders and equipment by using Helium. In addition, we provide precision gravimetric permeability testing for tests of prototypes of composite cylinders.

At the customer's request, Blugas also offers a gas refilling service for cylinders involving all compressed, dissolved and liquefied gases.

We have large covered and uncovered areas for the safe storage of your cylinders and accessories.

We offer our customers the possibility to store their cylinders under pressure, to be processed or ready to use, at our warehouses while offering a complete logistics service and a portal for consultation of what is in stock.

Only the necessary cylinders will be processed and shipped, thus optimising transport and ensuring the proper use of our customers' storage space.

When the cylinders no longer pass the review tests, when their presence becomes a weight and burden that needs to be discarded, we are able to help our customers in the onerous and sometimes difficult and unpleasant path to the landfill.

We are directly involved in the disposal of cylinders no longer suitable for circulation (including acetylene containers) by dealing with authorised companies specialised in the transport and treatment of such waste in accordance with current national and international legislation.
