We certify the production processes for our products to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Our production process and the periodic inspection of gas cylinders and gas cylinder bundles, as well as our construction process, is certified according to the ADR standard.

HACCP
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a systematic approach that aims to identify and prevent risks with regard to food safety. Blugas has used this methodology to adapt, improve and monitor its maintenance processes for alimentary gas storage cylinders, in line with all mandatory requirements. Blugas is registered as a food company.

TRACEABILITY OPTIONS
Any cylinders, valves, accessories and activities performed on them are recorded, monitored and traced throughout the production process. Blugas can offer dedicated traceability solutions that are 'tailor-made' according to specific needs. Data records can also be made available and exported to external systems.
