300 BAR CYLINDER BUNDLES WITH INTEGRATED REDUCER
An innovative solution that increases flexibility and adds value.
This pressure equipment certified TPED, is able to guarantee the transport of 50% more product transport, for the same size compared to standard cylinder bundles.
The cylinder bundle, having a maximum working pressure of 300 Bar and a Design pressure of 450 Bar, is normally equipped with 2 outputs (2 shut-off valves).
A first outlet (with compatible attachment according to ISO 5145) is available to customers who can already manage pressures up to 300 bar in their systems/equipment.
A second outlet (with compatible attachment according to UNI 11144) is available to standard customers who can handle pressures no higher than 200 bar.
On request it is possible to equip the frame with 2 more valves to be distributed between high pressure and reduced pressure.
The values of pressure and maximum gas flow of the second output can be pre-adjusted at the time of construction, with pre-adjustable max pressure starting from the value of 1 bar up to 200 bar and with maximum operating flows up to 500 m3/h.
